Leadership

Utpal Ganguly is the Chief Executive Officer of LINQX, a company specializing in digital transformation for capital-intensive industries. He is an accomplished executive with a proven track record of driving business growth and transformation through digital initiatives.

Previously, he served as the Chief Digital Officer of NexTier Oilfield Services, where he was responsible for defining and deploying digital transformation strategies for one of the largest oilfield services companies in North America.

Prior to joining NexTier, Ganguly was Vice President at Baker Hughes, where he played a key role in developing a successful eCommerce business for oilfield tools and services. He began his career in operations with Schlumberger (SLB) before moving into technology roles and progressively advancing to senior positions.

During his 20-year tenure at SLB, he led the development and delivery of groundbreaking products that continue to be utilized by SLB and its customers. Notably, he served as Global Software Portfolio Manager, where he created, implemented, and led comprehensive digital strategies for unconventional resources.

Utpal holds an MS in Petroleum Engineering from the Norwegian Institute of Technology (NTNU) and an MS in Computer Science from the University of Tulsa.

Brad Jamison

Director of Business Development

With 15 years of sales experience in the oil & gas industry, he enjoys finding and supporting clients by focusing on their needs. It is truly rewarding for him to receive client feedback that they achieved their goals with solutions proposed by himself and his team. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his wife Kelly and kids, Jack and Caroline, game nights, fishing, hunting, playing golf, and Cajun cooking from his Louisiana roots.

Rachel Bi

Director of Operations

With over 17 years at Pegasus Vertex Inc., Rachel Bi has played a key role in optimizing operations and enhancing efficiency. As Operations Manager, she streamlined workflows to support business growth and ensure seamless daily operations. Following Pegasus Vertex’s acquisition by LINQX in 2024, she continues to drive operational excellence and foster collaboration. Outside of work, she enjoys staying active through fitness, traveling, and hiking, always seeking a well-balanced and fulfilling life.
