Utpal Ganguly

CEO

Utpal is an accomplished executive who leads LINQX’s strategy and growth in digital transformation for capital-intensive industries. He brings deep domain and technical experience from senior roles across the oilfield services and technology sectors — including Chief Digital Officer at NexTier Oilfield Services and Vice President roles at Baker Hughes. Utpal began his career in operations with Schlumberger, where, over a 20-year tenure, he led product development and global software portfolio initiatives used across the industry. He holds an M.S. in Petroleum Engineering from NTNU and an M.S. in Computer Science from the University of Tulsa.

She played a central role in streamlining workflows and operational standards prior to and after the Pegasus acquisition, and today focuses on operational excellence, cross-team collaboration, and reliable delivery. Outside the office, Rachel enjoys traveling, hiking, and an active lifestyle.

Dale leads LINQX’s engineering, data science, and cloud teams to build real-time software for well construction and stimulation. He has 30 years of experience driving digital transformation across the energy, industrial, and software sectors. At LINQX, he is responsible for technical strategy, scalable architecture, and bringing AI-driven analytics into production systems and field applications. Dale is a recognized inventor with multiple U.S. patents and publications advancing the energy industry, and his focus is on building robust platforms that balance enterprise scale with field usability and performance.
